Scheduling
Regardless of tournament or event size, our staff can take on the challenge of creating a schedule to meet your needs.
- Schedules will be available one week prior to each event
- Schedule requests are not always guaranteed
- Schedule changes may occur up to 48 hours in advance of each event
Staffing
CCT employs over 50 trained and seasoned staff capable of handling anything a tournament or event has to offer.
- Staff are first-aid and AED trained and certified
- Experienced with conflict resolution
- Trained to execute a wide variety of tournaments or events
- Tournament Managers to oversee and handle major issues
Roster Submission
Don't forget to submit your roster! Roster submission instructions will be emailed one week prior to each event.
- Hockey statistics powered by HockeyTech (used by AHL, ECHL and many European Pro leagues)
- Division Scoring Leaders and Goalie Leaders
- Pre-tournament roster upload with names, numbers etc done by CCT. To ensure statistic accuracy, please ensure your roster is up to date upon submission
- All statistics are available online at each event page for your team to follow along remotely
Registration & Payments
Final payments must be submitted no later than 3 weeks prior to each event
- To submit a payment, please refer to the event page you registered on
- A $500 deposit is strongly encouraged to secure your spot. Teams without a deposit are not guaranteed entry

- We accept VISA, VISA Debit & MASTERCARD
Insurance
Regardless of the type of event, give yourself piece of mind by securing industry-leading insurance to protect organizers and participants.
- Hockey Canada and USA Hockey Partners
- Sport accident and general liability insurance available
- Insurance is available for $45.20/team. Payment can be submitted in conjunction with your registration fees
