November Mini Matches
- Mini Matches are single day tournaments based on a minimum of 4 games when possible.
- Games starts are generally between 8 AM and 4 PM
Students’ safety always comes first. ALL tournaments will be run under NON CONTACT RULES in order to minimize players’ proximity to one another re viruses, and to minimize concussion risks.

- All Payments are expected to be requested from your administrators upon registration and received by Canlan Sports in advance of the schedule release.
- Cheques made payable to “Canlan Classic Tournaments”.

PLAYER ELIGIBILITY
BOYS ELIGIBILITY
No competitor is eligible for the tournament play whose name has appeared on a game sheet, after his local high school first regular season game, for a team in “A”, “B”, “C”, Major Junior, Junior, Intermediate, Senior or GMHL divisions in any National and/or International Association, or any league deemed equivalent to “A”, “B”, “C”. This includes any on-ice All-Star or Showcase game organized by leagues/associations named in this clause.
JUNIOR BOYS – All Grade Nines and Tens are eligible to play in these events; no Elevens or Twelves
GIRLS ELIGIBILITY
No competitor is eligible for the tournament whose name has appeared on a game sheet for any teams of the PWHPA or the NWHL within the current school year.
Any member of the National Development under 22 team, or National Senior team is ineligible for OFSAA.
GENERAL LEVELS OF PLAY
- Tier 1 – OHF AAA and AA Players
- Tier 2A – OHF AA+A Players
- Tier 2B – OHF A – Non Contact Players
- Tier 3 – OHF B+C level, Select, and House League

- Hotel requests are sent direct to hotels, who will then reach out to teams with a proposal based on your requirement as not all teams are the same
