We understand the strenuous nature of competitive hockey – after all, our coaches and instructors are former players themselves! Let us develop and improve your hockey skills so you can be one step ahead of your fiercest competitors.
The Hyperfit & DGF Hockey program is designed for players looking to continue their development in the off-season. Program features include on-ice skill sessions, off-ice training and weekend tournaments. Additional skill sessions, training and tournaments are also available!
